Leadership Revolution in Mexico

Sharing the One Leader Message

Mexico is a great nation yet it is also in need of a leadership transformation. They are a country with a rich heritage, yet they suffer from the drug cartel, crime, violence and a sagging economy. They have had over 80,000 people killed due to the war on drugs, this includes 10,000 police. 80% of all crimes are unresolved.
The churches are seeking to step into this leadership vacuum and offer both spiritual and practical solutions.
That is why we were invited to give a series of leadership conferences here in Mexico City. Today I spoke with 30 leaders from the Rio Pederso Church which has over 4000 members and numerous campuses. They were greatly encouraged and were seeking to apply these principles in their community.
Matthew 9:35-38, "Jesus was going through all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom... Seeing the people, He felt compassion for them, because they were distressed and dispirited like sheep without a shepherd. Then He *said to His disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Therefore beseech the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest.”
