The For His Glory ministry team was invited to go to Nigeria and begin laying the foundation for future ministry there. Nigeria is the most strategic nation in Africa, largely because its population of 214 million people makes it the most populated country on the continent.
Nigeria is an intense spiritual battleground as well, with roughly half the population being Muslim. There is a great deal of persecution and violence, especially in the North. Reaching Nigeria for Christ is critical to seeing all of Africa transformed by the power of the Gospel!
Much like our current, multi-year focus to reach the Democratic Republic of the Congo for Christ, we have begun in 2022 to strategically focus on a multi-year plan to reach Nigeria for Christ.
For His Glory is partnering with the Evangelical Church Winning All, a church with over 6,000 congregations and about 10 million members. At their most recent training in Nigeria, Mark Levesque trained 850 pastors over two days using the One Leader Training Materials.
